KR and TR tube props

The unsymmetrical TR and KR tube props are intended for stabilising the frames of the narrow workings’ supports made of V25,V29, V32, V34 and V36 shapes.

A spatial structure made of the connected frames is created when stabilising the frames with the TR and KR tube props forming a mining heading support together with the poling and lining.

The TR and KR prop, depending on the required longitudinal load capacity and shape size, is classified as the prop of: light type (V25 ), average type (V25/29, V29) and heavy type ( V29, V32, V34 and V36 ).

The tube props of light and medium type are adjusted for the support frame spacing of 300 to 1500mm, and the heavy type for 300 to 1250mm.

Regardless the shape type, a tube prop is made of: tube connector with its length adjusted to the spacing of the frame for which the prop is designed, two hook bolts and bowl bolts and two hex nuts.
