Belt conveyor
A belt conveyor is designed for transport from mining workings.
The conveyor is comprised of:
frame shaped section,
roller guides,
angle braces,
bearing girder,
side supports of rollers.
The bearing construction of the conveyor is adapted to belt width of 800 to 1400 mm, and the inclination of the belt supported by the bearing construction is 20° to 37.5°.
The entire construction with the belt is used in headings where coal is excavated. They are suspended to the support mainly with chains.
