The purpose of the Kalmet Gliwice Quality Policy is to offer state-of-art and reliable products meeting our Customers’ technical and quality requirements contributing towards a recommendation allowing to gain new orders.

The high quality-oriented awareness at all the organisational levels has allowed us to implement the Quality Management System complying with PN-EN ISO 9001:2000.

The Organisation’s management is regularly monitoring and revising the Quality Management System in order to identify its efficiency and suitability for our customers’ needs.

We can ensure the above by:

  monitoring order handling at each manufacturing stage,
  purchasing materials, raw materials and services fulfilling our requirements from proven and qualified suppliers,
  observing safe work methodology at each manufacturing stage,
  on-going staff training for the application of improvement of the Quality Management System

Our staff is inspired to permanently improve product and service quality and to deliver fully Customer requirements by creating an atmosphere of team work and introducing individual responsibility for quality.
